After a two-week visit of tireless work in the hospitals of Gaza the 8th Specialized Medical Team from PalMed Europe departed the Gaza Strip. During this period, the team successfully performed over 100 specialized surgeries for the wounded and sick among our people, all of which were crowned with success, thanks to God Almighty.

The delegation included professionals from various specialties, such as vascular surgery, general surgery, urology, intensive care and anesthesia, as well as a pediatric intensive care nurse and an emergency nurse.

This visit came at a time when our people in Gaza face significant medical needs. At PalMed, we recognize the immense challenges confronting Gaza’s healthcare sector and remain committed to sending specialized teams to support the surgical departments in addressing these needs.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the team members and everyone contributing to the success of these missions, including donors and supporters of PalMed Europe’s activities. A special thanks goes to the Gaza office and the medical staff in the hospitals of the Gaza Strip for their dedication.
