الاعتداء جنسياً على المعتقلين الفلسطينيين جريمة دنيئة لا يمكن التغاضي عنها.

نشر الإعلام الإسرائيلي بالأمس مقاطع مسربة من مركز اعتقال إسرائيلي يظهر جريمة اغتصاب السجانين لمعتقل فلسطيني مكبل في ساحة المعتقل، حيث كان في الساحة عشرات الأسرى الفلسطينين  مكبلين وممددين على بطونهم ، وعلى مسمعهم وأمام كاميرات المعتقل التي يعلم السجانون بأنها قيد التسجيل تمت هذه الجريمة الخسسيسة . وذكر الإعلام الإسرائيلي أنّه عندما علمت إدارة السجن بالجريمة فتحت تحقيقا وأرادت  استجواب السجانين إلاّ أن مجموعة من قادة بعض الأحزاب سياسية  هناك داهمت مركز الإعتقال ومنعت إدارة السجن  فعلياً من مجرد استجواب المجرمين وفتح تحقيق  معهم.!!!

إنّ تعمد السجانين والسياسيين تنفيذ هذه الجريمة على مسمع الأسرى في المعتقل وأمام الكاميرات ومن ثمّ تسريبها للإعلام هو  بمثابة تعذيب نفسي وإذلال مقصود  للأسرى المتواجدين في معتقلاتهم ولتحطيم روح التحدي والصمود  عند شعبنا الفلسطيني بأكمله وإعلان جلي للتكبّر والغطرسة وعدم الإكتراث بالعدالة الدولية.

إن جرائم الإحتلال البشعة وساديته الدموية بحق شعبنا فاقت القدرة البشرية على الإستيعاب ، وجرأته في الطغيان  تخطت  إمكانية التحمل الآدمي ، وهو الذي لا  يخجل من وصف جيشه بالجيش الأكثر أخلاقية في العالم !!!

إنّ وثيقة جينيف لحقوق أسرى الحرب والمعتقلين وملحقاتها وكافة الأعراف الدولية تمنع وتعاقب على مثل هذه الجرائم ، والمؤسسات الدولية المعنية على معرفة بهذه الجرائم البشعة التي ينفذها الإحتلال تباعاً،  وعليها أن تقوم بواجباتها. ولا يعقل ألا يصدر أي تصريح من قبل هذه المؤسسات بخصوص هذه الجريمة الدنيئة التي نفذتها قوات الإحتلال ودافع عنها قادته السياسيين .

وبناء على ذلك فإنّنا في تجمع الأطباء الفلسطينين في أوروبا نؤكد على أننا سنستمر  دون كلل بمطالبة كل الجهات المعنية في الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي بإيقاف هذه الفظائع المروعة ، ونؤكّد أنه لا راحة للإنسانية إلاّ بمعاقبة حازمة لمجرمي الحروب قتلة الأطفال ومغتصبي الأسرى ومدمري المشافي .

Sexual Assault of Palestinian Detainees is a Despicable Crime

That Must Not Be Whitewashed

Yesterday, Israeli media published leaked footage from notorious Israeli detention centre Sde Teiman showing prison guards raping a handcuffed Palestinian detainee in the detention yard. There, dozens of Palestinian prisoners were seen handcuffed and lying on their faces. As it was occurring, this heinous crime was heard by the handcuffed detainees and recorded by the detention centre’s cameras, which the guards knew were operational. Israeli media stated that when the prison’s administration learned of the crime, they opened an investigation and planned on interrogating those guards. However, a group of Israeli political parties’ leaders and their hordes raided the detention centre and effectively prevented the prison’s administration from even questioning those criminals.

The deliberate effecting of this crime by the guards, with support of their far right politicians, in the presence of the detainees and in front of cameras, and then leaking the footage to the media, is an act of psychological torture aimed at the intentional humiliation of Palestinian detainees who have been arbitrarily kidnapped by the IOF. It is meant to crush the spirit of defiance and resilience of the entire Palestinian people and is a blatant display of arrogance, conceit, and disregard for international law.

The atrocious crimes of the Israeli occupation and its bloody sadism against our people have surpassed human comprehension, and its audacity in its tyrannous practises has exceeded human tolerance. All this occurs while Israel shamelessly describes its army – dubbed the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) whereas it is in reality the “Offence” Force (IOF) – as the most moral army in the world!

The Geneva Convention on the Rights of War Prisoners and Detainees, and its Annexes, along with all international norms, prohibit and punish such crimes. International organisations are aware of these heinous crimes that are continuously being committed by Israel, and they must carry-out their mandates immediately! It is incomprehensible and utterly shameful that no statement has been issued by these institutions regarding this vile crime that was committed by the Israeli occupation forces and lauded and defended by its political leaders. It is also but a sample of the atrocities that have been perpetrated by the IOF against innocent and defenceless Palestinian detainees, this time documented by Sde Teiman’s security cameras and brought to the public eye, whether for purposes of humiliating Palestinians, intimidating them, or even by mistake.

Accordingly, we, the Palestinian Doctors Association in Europe (PalMed), affirm that we will vigorously continue to demand that all concerned parties in the United Nations and the European Union put an end to these horrific atrocities. We emphasise that humanity will find no peace except through the firm punishment of these Israeli war criminals, child murderers, prisoner rapists, and hospital destroyers.
